About the Position:

This is a unique opportunity for someone who has always dreamt of running and managing their own startup. This role will expose you to all facets of entrepreneurship: managing customers, coordinating sales and marketing efforts, managing budgets, and hiring and training your team. We’re looking for an entrepreneurial candidate with impeccable operational and people management skills to join one of our coworking centers or what we call our “Hubs”. You would be the owner of an entire hub and be responsible for its overall operations and financial performance, managing the on-ground team as well as building productive relationships with our members.

 

Overall Responsibilities:

Business and Hub Management:

  • Act as the owner of the hub who will articulate a vision rooted in the local context and set clear goals that will serve as milestones of progress.
  • Maintaining synergies with the Central team (Example - Sales, Marketing, HR etc.) to improve and/or implement processes and systems for smooth running of the hub.
  • Managing the P&L, ensuring high occupancy rates, member growth, and optimisation of revenue and profit margins.
  • Responsible for administrative activities such as maintaining the monthly Hub MIS, invoicing, ensuring timely payment from members, etc.
  • Constantly be up to date with the Coworking industry to formulate competitive business strategies. 

Team Management:

  • Manage, train and coach the hub team to collectively ensure a high occupancy rate and customer satisfaction. Be a leader to your team members through consistent motivation and effective feedback.
  • You would be responsible for coaching your team (Community Managers, Sr. Community Managers, Facility Manager, and a Front Office Executive) for their professional development.

Facilities Management:

  • You will be accountable for housekeeping, security, and administration at the hub to ensure seamless day-to-day functioning.
  • Ensure the overall hygiene, cleanliness and equipment maintenance at the hub are at high levels of health safety and sanitation.

Community Building:

  • Deliver high customer satisfaction by timely resolution of member-related issues and managing member expectations productively.
  • Strengthen and broaden our member base through a diverse portfolio of educational, lead generating events. This may include various community building initiatives such as seminars, events, and workshops.
  • Creating a strong network and making active connections with startups, ecosystem partners, evangelists, investors, and mentors by representing 91springboard at various startup events.


Skills Required:

  • Ability to think and act decisively and make decisions when required.
  • Proven ability to forecast problem areas and strategically plan to solve for the same.
  • Impeccable organizational skills and capability to take ownership of tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexible and able to prioritize and manage multiple projects or tasks, as well as solve problems in a timely manner
  • Demonstrated ability to create and drive ecosystems
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
