About the Position

We’re looking for an experienced candidate with extremely strong execution skills to join our team.

The Facility Manager will directly report to the Hub Honcho and will be responsible for day-to-day operational and maintenance related tasks.

This is a high-engagement role and thus requires a candidate who is extremely motivated, dedicated, and passionate about the responsibilities.

Overall Responsibilities

A hard-working candidate with strong execution and communication skills. The Facility Associate will be responsible for day to day management and maintenance of the space.

Role and responsibility will include:

  • Setting up an extensive and reliable vendor base in the new city and maintaining relationship with stakeholders like security, housekeeping agencies, Building Management System
  • Project the manpower requirements for security, housekeeping, and other administrative staff and managing them
  • Petty cash management and ensuring operating expenses are kept within budget
  • Ensuring proper handover at the time hub sets up, in terms of AMCs, warranty letters, remotes, keys, fire safety etc
  • Basic invoicing, billing and ensuring payment to vendors. Coordinating with the accounts department.
  • Support smooth running of facilities and equipment including consumables supply, facility cleanliness, maintenance, space design etc


  • Education: College degree with good communication skills in English & Hindi (basic proficiency in written and spoken English)
  • 5+ years of experience in facilities management
  • Traits: Extremely motivated, persuasive, patient, and hard-working with great attention to detail and knack for infra management and procurement

Good to have:  Knowledge about electrical wiring, AC ducting, plumbing lines etc
